I am grateful to live and work from Studio 369 in Congo, NSW, nestled within beautiful and sacred Yuin Country, the area I have lived since 1981.
I gather inspiration from the environment, the beauty of nature, landscapes, people, and the shared stories that shape place and community.
My mixed‑media practice spans photography, drawing, paint, clay, printmaking, fibre, stitch, and assemblage, often incorporating found objects or repurposed materials.
I have developed my artistic skills through both formal and informal training. Family and my Scottish Orkney heritage strongly influence my skills how I work, grounding my creative approach in practicality, repurposing, and sensitive observation.
My work has appeared in group and selected exhibitions and select galleries along the South Coast of NSW — including The BAS Moruya, the Mechanics Institute Moruya, Ulladulla Community Centre, Spiral Gallery Bega, and Belco Arts in Belconnen, ACT — with many pieces finding homes locally, nationally, and internationally.
