SOUTH EAST NSW

Opportunities & support
for creativeS

Heading 3

South East Arts provide professional development, mentoring, project advice and funding support to help artists & organisations grow their practice.

Grants & funding

Access to funding is essential for bringing creative ideas to life — from developing new work and running workshops, to staging exhibitions, performances and community projects.

There are many sources of arts funding available across public, private and philanthropic sectors. Applying for a grant takes time, planning and attention to detail, and competition can be strong. But the process itself is valuable — it helps you clarify your creative vision, define partnerships, refine your budget and plan your project for success.

Artist support

South East Arts works with individual artists — including visual artists, performers, musicians, writers and creative industry professionals — to provide tailored advice and support across all stages of their career.

We offer guidance on projects, business development, funding and advocacy, and deliver annual professional development programs to build capacity and resilience across the region’s creative industries.
