SEA eNews

​Our bi-monthly newsletter highlights key regional events and projects and is sent to subscribers.

We also post our eNews editions on our social media channels, which reach a large and engaged network of followers both within and beyond our region.​

Share your news with us!  

South East Arts provides free promotion of arts and cultural events across the NSW South East through our bimonthly newsletter and as a collaborator (@southeastarts) on social posts. 

​Tell us about upcoming creative happenings and we will share it* via the SEA eNewsletter and our social followers! While we can’t publish every submission, we will do our best to include and share what we can through our channels. ​​​​​

1. Prepare your content

All newsletter submissions must follow this format:

*Include facts and essential info first.  Do not write descriptively but instead link to more info elsewhere.​

- One image (with photographer credit) per item.
- Posters with text may not be accepted.

- Images will display at 1:1 (approximately 450 x 450px)

- We may not publish every image due to space restrictions.

Promotional advice

South East Arts does not create new assets, graphic design, social media posts or other promotional content for artists or orgs. We are not resourced to create social posts from all media releases emailed to us, but you can add us as a post collaborator, or asking us to repost your social content.

South East Arts may provide advice to artists and arts organisations about promotional planning and communications advice, including:

  • Developing and refining your website

  • Making the most of social media

  • Writing effective media releases

  • Understanding layout and design principles for posters and marketing materials

2. Submit items to SEA eNews

​* SEA will only publish or repost news items relevant to South East NSW. South East Arts reserves the right to:

  • edit or omit submissions for space considerations

  • not publish events that conclude before the next publication date

  • not publish items that don't meet submission guidelines

  • not promote items unless submitted via the submission form

  • not promote items that are not aligned with SEA’s remit
