Anthony Mayne has spent many years in the creative arts space, both as an actor and local theatre producer.  In 2016 he co-founded the Moruya Red Door Theatre Company and is active in both the South Coast and Canberra theatre world. 

He was appointed to the SEA Board in  2024 as the Eurobodalla Shire Council representative.  He has a particular interest in the development and growth of the creative arts and the role that art can play in enhancing community resilience.  

Anthony is now into his third term as a local Councillor and has called the South Coast home for 25 years.  He is a People & Culture executive, a Trustee of the Moruya RSL and sits on the boards of the Eremos Institute and of the Gulaga Board of Management and is President of the Moruya Red Door Theatre Company.
